Received a defective or broken item? No worries! Here at MannaHealth.co.uk, we offer a 30-day stress-free return/exchange policy. Just email a photo or video proof to help@MannaHealth.co.uk, and we will gladly issue you a full refund or ship a new product free of charge!

 

Shipping Returns

If for any reason you’re not able to accept the delivery of your order (you’re not at home, the courier has incorrect contact information, etc.), usually all you need to do is to get in touch with your local post office, provide them the tracking number, and they will help you arrange another delivery attempt or a pick-up.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no additional cost if we receive your cancellation request within 5 hours of the order date. To begin a cancellation request - email us at help@MannaHealth.co.uk.

If we receive your cancellation request after more than 5 hours - you may be eligible for a 15% restocking fee.

 

Refunds

If you didn’t receive your item within 60 days (the parcel was lost in transit, stuck at customs, etc.), you can request a full refund or replacement at help@MannaHealth.co.uk.

If the item didn’t meet your expectations, or you’ve just changed your mind and decided that you don’t need it anymore - you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. Please bear in mind that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your money back within 14 days, contact us at help@MannaHealth.co.uk & we will investigate why the refund is late.
