Order handling time can sometimes take from 5 to 10 days. Such delays can be caused by weekends, holidays, or by us trying to follow COVID protection guidelines. Your order will be fulfilled by our distribution center, which is closest to your location.
Your item will be delivered by your local delivery service. For example, if you live in the USA - it will be USPS if you’re from the UK - Royal Mail or Hermes, etc.
For every order you place, we’re offering a secured & 100% protected delivery service. If your order got lost in transit, a new item will be shipped immediately, NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED!
However, there’s nothing we can do to speed up customs clearance processing, as it is beyond our control.
If you didn’t receive your order due to an incorrect address - we will notify you via email about what you should do next. Usually, we will arrange another delivery attempt, or you will have to pick up the order from your local post office.

The average delivery period for national orders is 1-2 weeks & 2-3 weeks for international. In any case - most orders will take no more than 20 days to arrive.
